My guess off the top of my head is that the mtdll doesn't know where the .tmp file is (at least sometimes)when it needs to process it. If you find where the default path is set and make sure all .tmp files are going there, that might fix it. I've heard of temp files issues before in a vfp mtdll, so, it might be related to that. Experiment and you'll more than likely find a solution...
