I can't just have it print out some kind of cover sheet before it prints the report because the schedule needs to start on the same page as the checklist (the checklist is what I want just on the first page).

On the "Print When" screen for everything you do not want to repeat.
Set "Print only when expression is true" to _pageno=1
Select "Remove line if Blank"
