In VFP everything is possible, but I think you will have a lot of programming to do. MouseUp and MouseDown events could be used to calculate the new sizes. You must program to save the new sizes in a file (a DBF table or some other file). And from experience I suggest you also give your users a way to set the controls back to their original size!
