I am developing a web page on Windows XP under Visual Studio 2002 and am getting the following message:

Access to the path "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Crystal
Reports\Viewers" is denied.

I have done a Google search for the error and have read that I need to give the ASPNET user rights to this directory.

Is this correct?

How do I do this. When I go to Properties for that directory I do not get a Security tab, just Sharing and Web Sharing.
