You are absolutely right. Actually the Thumbnails View is not as good as the old preview on my screen but it does accomplish what I was trying to do, so thank you very much.

You know my earlier question about the disabled Close in the File Menu. I called Microsoft today and ended up emailing the guy a sample screen. That was 12 hours ago and I still haven't heard back. I'll let you know what he has to say when he gets back to me.

I have had to make a number of calls to Microsoft lately. If you ever have to call them, I hope you like listening to music. The waiting times are about the same as a medical Walk-In Clinic in a small town.
