This message is display if filter any table contain local variable e.g.:

LOCAL lcValue && local variable
SELE table
SET FILTER TO field=lcValue && filter with local variable
DO anyfunction

PROCEDURE anyfunction
SELE table
GO TOP && filter cleard, because variable lcValue is invisible)
ENDPROC
