Well, I did sorta. If you use SET ORDER TO ... DESCENDING | ASCENDING private datasessions, even between forms, wasn't respected. I.e. one form with one session would see data another user had entered in another form with a private datasession.

However, in looking for a cite (it's been reference here many times) (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q165410 ) I see Fabio says it was fixed in Visual FoxPro 8.0 Service Pack 1 -- Message ID: 848424.

I was burned so badly by that bug a couple of years ago that I long put the idea out of my mind.

You and Sergey you are considers you authoritative, and brought back the bug,
but the bug is corrected from one sure version.
