Yes, you can. You can use the mysql odbc driver for it. I personally tested it on MySql 4 in Windows and in a Novell 6.5 Cluster, and it works great. I know there was an article in Foxtalk, a while ago, from Bob Lee, where he demnonstrates how to connect to MySql in Linux from VFP
