Unfortunately, in my test it looks like this option (Also Print "When detail overflows to new page/column") was already unchecked on both the image and the memo field. So this didn't fix anything. I'm seeing the events as:

Footer On Entry
Footer On Exit
Detail On Exit
Footer On Entry
Footer On Exit
