SDT (actually, DBCX) doesn't allow multiple objects with the same name. If the database were truly identical, this wouldn't be a problem, since SDT can manage multiple instances of the same database/table structures. But since you said a few of the tables in the second instance are different, they're really different databases.

You'll need two sets of meta data to manage this.
