Fabio, I tried your code with the same results. However if I were to change the line of code:

oObjectRef.myReference = m.This	&& with = m.zazza the C5 is not fire

To:

oObjectRef.myReference = This	&& with = m.zazza the C5 is not fire

The C5 will go away. Could you try this to see if you have the save results?
