I would like to make some code that when a user hovers the mouse
over a button control a form is shown (I will show a transparent form with some further info than a standard tooltip).

Showing the form transparent is not a problem.
The problem I have is showing the form as the mouse hovers over the control
and disappears when the mouse moves like a tooltip behaves.

Has anyone tried this?
