If you can see the deleted record in the browse window you can either click the deleted column (left most column) or press ctrl+T that should undelete the record.
Oh you could also use the recall command from the command window.

If you can't see the deleted record in the browse window try: set dele off

If the record can not be found even with set dele off it could mean that the table have been packed and you are SOL (unless you have a backup) (You do have a backup right? <s>)
