Ok, with that step I can duplicate the C05 now.

The C05 goes away if you stop using the m.This construct in your code.

Changing the click method to:

   PROCEDURE command1.Click
      THISFORM.MYobject= This
   ENDPROC

and then the form runs without crashing. So there is an easy solution to your problem.
