I think I'm losing it.

I'm trying to find the "Environment Manager" that everyone is referring to in this thread and just can't. I looked under Tools Menu...nope. I looked into the Tools/Options...nope. I checked into the View/Toolbar...nope. I decided that the Help/documentation has got to have something about this "Environment Manager". I go looking...guess what? NOPE!

Please put me out of my mysery :(
