Typically, if a user is selecting an item from a list, we use a listbox. There are times when the rowsource is multiple columns also but typically the additional columns are only displayed for information purposes. In this case however, we have a table that has two fields the user will see in the popup:
FIELD1 field2
FORMNAME DESCRIPTION

61NC Selection/Rejection Form
75 Insurance Binder
There will eventually be around 400 records in the popup. Right now in development only we are using a listbox and only displaying the description field. However, we want to display both fields and allow the user to sort the list on either the formname field or the description field on the fly so they can quickly locate which form they want to print. Sortof like clicking on a grid header to sort by that column. I guess a button could be placed on the form that would resort and repopulate the listbox depending on the sort order... Other than that option, is a grid the only viable control that can be used for this purpose? Any other ideas?

TIA,
Tracy
