I am trying for days to edit a memo field directly in a grid, without have to open the memo edit window by double clicking the "memo" word displayed in place of the memo contents. Also, the benefit of the memo contents display directly on the grid's columns that displays the memo(s) fields.

Some one of you know a way to do that?
