Thank you for responding again. I believe what you are suggesting sounds correct. I will attempt this again on Monday, in the meantime, I'm thinging of other ways to manipulate that external array. I've inherited this code and it has
little documentation so I could be missing something.


I see that you are writing from Bristol, UK. I am writing from St. John's,
Newfoundland and I believe we have the Cabot 500 celebrations this past year
in common. I saw some footage of Bristol this past summer and it looks like a lovely place.
