Hi Bob

>I reran this code a few time to verify I'm correct and with out a doubt if you were to run the code I posted it fail 100% of the time with or with out the "m." prefix.

>This bug ( I say bug because MS has confirmed to me that this is a bug) has a simple fix, simply make the assignment to the property. The problem is what if you don't want to make the assignment because of a failing precondition? In this case you'd have to save the current value of the property, make the assignment then restore the value that was saved. then resolve your preconditions before the assignment is made.

>Courious, have you run it yet?

No I've not run it. I don't need to. People with more passion on the topic than I are already running it.

Since you say the code c5's every time m. or not m., I argue the m. is not involved in causing the c5.
