I installed utility pfbackup.exe for making backup easy, it added a pad in file menu. it was working fine. I had to attach client to another server. WinXP recreate profile according to new server. now i run Microsoft OutLook. I didn't find backup pad in file menu. Now i install this utility again but windows gives message this is already installed on this pc would you like to uninstall, but it doesn't uninstall. How to remove previous installation or how to get backup pad in file menu.
