Mike, as a follow up to my previous reply:
On page 59 of the book, Figures 3 & 4, I set the options as it shows, yet
when I click Next, I get a logon error:
"Login failed for user 'sa'"
If I use WinNT Auth, I can click next, but the Northwind DB is not in the
list of databases.
What am I doing wrong?
