>>Muhammed.. I'm sorry. But me, in special, really don't know many things about his life.. Maybe somebody other can help me on it..

>Try http://www.sharif.org.uk/jesus10.htm or http://home.att.net/~a.f.aly/muhammad.htm. Apparently he started prophesizing in 606 and continued until his death in 632 - 26 years. But more on timelines later.

>>Alexander the Great.. Was a big conqueror with great image done by great battles.. His images it is associated to him. But he is in fact, a representative of a great army that built his fame..

>As is Jesus and his image, first promoted by the twelve Disciples, then in turn their followers.

>>But please, I would like to know: Which other man in the society makes in such little time, so deep changes in the human race ? Castro ? Bush ? Kennedy ? Madonna ? Hitler ? :)

>Your arguement about 'such little time' is a bit incorrect, as the Bible tells of his impact on people around him from his birth through the Resurrection. Taking that time frame into account - 33 years, then I stand by my original list. Moses, Muhammed, Alexander, Genghis Kahn, Napoleon, Hitler, Lenin, Stalin - all of these individuals had a profound impact on world history (some good, some bad), in the same manner as Jesus. Their powerful personalities convinced others to spread their teachings, beliefs, or orders to a societal level.

>>IMO, Even with the actual power of midia, no one has change so deep our culture like Jesus (more than two thousand years ago)

>The media? Try the power of the sword. Both the Christian and Moslem faiths were spread by conquering armies, not by the message that the religeons profess. If the Celts had been able to keep the Romans out of Britian, we might all be Druids now. Would you be a Christian if the Portuguese hadn't taken over Brazil?

>Besides, I really think a few billion Muslims would disagree with you on this. As would a few billion Buddhists, and a billion or so Hindus in India...

Daniel;

Many years ago a friend of mine gave a great explanation of how civilization is created.

First come the missionaries to baptize the heathens as Christians. Then they hand out Macy’s credit cards. You are now civilized! :)
