I use 2 different approaches but in both instances I use xfrx (in downloads) to convert to a PDF or Word file
My first approach where I am sending a large number of emails one after another is to convert to a word file and then use Easymail objects to do the emailing (
www.quiksoft.com)
The second approach is to convert to a PDF file and use Acrobat 5 facility for emailing
