crunch time solution
I'm reluctant to suggest this - but here it goes...
Make sure that each of your project's subdirectories have at least a dummy file in them.
Place a copy of all needed vfp*.dll and msvcr*.dll into your project main directory.
Use Winzip to make a zip file including subdirecories and any referrenced dir using full path.
Remove temp files but leave dummy files in the zip.
Make an Executable from the zip default to c:\.
Now you have a 'setup' exe that can be given to anyone with proper paths.
I usually find the paths in the main program and map at run time.
