Thanks Sergey, that's about what I was thinking: the info was removed for some reason, or maybe never even existed to begin with. Like many here, I only use DOS from desperation with no useful alternative, for SMS drops :-)
It would be useful to know version, though, as I get a few different DOS-command results from different NTFS OSes. Therefore, I assume they are different DOS file-versions with slightly different functionality.
Hmm...maybe I'll poke around the registry, there might be a clue there.
Otherwise, I can "rough-it," and use DOS file-sizes to compare for same/different, if not version. Very crude, but probably workable.
