Just giving Tracy some input. I would never use list boxes like that myself and I guess I was relying on some hazy memories (the same guy would not use: integer keys on tables or a form's DE - everything had to be coded from first principles!). And you're right about mover lists being dog slow. I remember thinking that my SQL to populate them was too inefficient till I realised that the SQL only took up about 1 eighth of the total time.
