I thought I was!
The title is "Why use Inno Setup". The answers I would expect - in order to be a believer:
1) It does not lock out development access to OCX controls.
2) It does not break when projects are removed
3) It does not replace an App's icon with a setup icon.
4) It always installs fully
5) It always uninstalls fully
6) It warns regarding install errors before the build is delivered.
7) And 7, "No you're not paying to report bugs!"
A reason "Why use Inno Setup" would offer answers to these questions.
"Is Inno setup better [for me] than ISE", is the question I attach to "Why use InnoSetup?"
