I try to keep that in mind everytime I think of what man has done in the name of religion. It was not that long ago people were murdered for belonging to a different religion even though in that religion they also believed in GOD. It has been even less time since the churches in the U.S were stating that slavery was a just condition for the black man. There are too many cases where man in the name of his religion has either treated man cruely or subjugated them (this includes women of course). In this country we all have the right to worship (or not) as we choose. Yet too many times the right to worship tramples upon the rights of others to do the same.
