I found this and the dirextx9 msm link is a dead/non link. When going to the knowledge base link on that line you get a InstallShield DevStudio 9.0 & 8.0 users links When downloaded and run it thinks I don't qualify for the setup. I have VS 2003 installed here. Any ideas?
