I have never heard of Tripitaka. Buddhists do not deny the existence of a God. They neither affirm not deny because without direct experience of God or no-God there is no point in arguing either side. And what is "Bible knowledge" per se? Buddhist texts cover various aspects of religion and philosophy and date back thousands of years. I think you will find all moral and ethical issues covered in the texts of all major religions.
