Indeed. I'm not trying to imply anything specific here about any individual or religion, but if you've been following Woodward's work on Bush and the Iraq war, it is interesting to note that Bush was in large part motivated by a sort of "Holy Calling" to make the world free, as he himself says. Good intentions, yes, but is this attitude (de facto) a lot different than many of those we are fighting?
