I can't get this to work. Maybe if I explain my situation there may be a better way to approch it. In one table I have employee records with a field that holds the employee ID.

In another table the Manager schedules these employees for work each week. The field will hold a list scheduled for a particular job. Example(SDE,EPY,CMA...).

I need to run a query on each week and get a list of the employees taht have not been scheduled to work on a job, the available employees.
