I am very sorry for the wrong perception with what Justok La had just commented. May be it is more on cultural thing, as you have said, because I have a canadian colleague before and most of our programmers seemed to be always uncomfortable in dealing with him because with the way he deals problems especially if verbally done (terminologies and words he is using) coupled with body language.
