Any employyee that has not been scheduled should be avaliable.

If my entire list of employees is SDE, EPY, CMA, PBY. And I schedule EPY,PBY for a particular job for next week. Then I go to schedule another job for next week tommarrow I need to know that only SDE and CMA are avaliable to be scheduled.
