Brian,

Can you do a mdown() call to detect this mouse induced programmatic change?

>I've never been able to figure out why clicking on a listbox item and dragging the mouse up and down causes the Programmatic Change event to fire. In the past I have simply called the same method in both the interactive and programmatic change events, but that won't work for my current problem, because the interactive change event in this case changes the value of the listbox, which would fire the Programmatic Change event. Does anyone know why Programmatic Change event can fire in response to mouse events, and if there is a way to prevent this?
