Well, not particularly, except that you are saving a composite class. When you save a composite class, only the class itself is a real class (in this case only the form is a real class). The controls in the form are instances of other classes and so further subclassing the form subclasses only the form, not the controls. Drew Speedie had an excellent article about this in FPA recently.
You'll loose the DE, obviously, because form classes don't have DEs.
