The strange this is that it works at work, but it doesn't work at home. Here is a bit more information.

When at home, if I surf to www.lavasoftusa.com I get:
A windows authentication style popup asking for my username and password
If I hit cancel I get the redirected to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/localstart.asp
with the following error text.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

Background:
This is usually caused by a server-side script not sending the proper WWW-Authenticate header field. Using Active Server Pages scripting this is done by using the AddHeader method of the Response object to request that the client use a certain authentication method to access the resource.
