Previously i come across this kind of error too
Ok... support said 3 table
table a
table b
table c

table a(id) got relation to table b(id) on cascade delete and
table b(id) got relation to table c(id) on cascade delete

when i delete table a ...i got that kind of error too

i need to set a relation to b and a relation to c on cascade update and delete

But anywhere the for faster searching ..try to add all the table to a diagram and check all the relationship

>The problem is that you have set a relationship in SQL Server "FK_phones_Firms" where Clients.Id is the Primary PK table and Firms.ID is the Foreign key table and checked cascade update and cascade delete related filed....so if u delete client , firm will have no reference
