Would a common table checked at some interval in each app be sufficient?


>Does anyone know if there is a way to have one VFP 6 or 8 EXE send a message to another VFP app running on the same PC? I have a standard business applicaton and am adding a seperate VFP communications app that will communicate across the internet. They have to be seperate EXEs because the communication app has to be able to switch between multiple data sets. If I just set a flag in a table or whatever then the 2nd app has to constantly monitor it off a timer. Any and all ideas are welcome.
