Yes. When I did that, I get two representations of the class added in there. Hmm.. Maybe that's part of the problem. When I removeitem from the right click, only one occurence shows in the picker that appears. If I remove them, there are none at all in the toolbox. If I add just the one from the dll two appear.

>I assume that you're referring to the User Controls in the ToolBox, correct? Have you tried adding the appropriate .DLL back into the ToolBox? Perhaps something there is confused.
