When I removeitem from the right click, only one occurence shows in the picker that appears. If I remove them, there are none at all in the toolbox. If I add just the one from the dll two appear.

Yeah, the ToolBox's Add/Remove Items is a bit funky. So, when you get that all straightened out and only have one occurrence in the ToolBar .... does that solve the problem? (Keeping my fingers crossed ....)
