Thanks for the reply.

That is what I'm doing presently. What I was looking for was
something a little more automatic. I have about 50 accounts
that I have to work with. Maintence in the future will be
very high. Is there anything in the report generator like
a {print when} that I could use or a way to force it to
process each and every month instead of skippng inactive ones?
