>>I finally change the printer driver from EPSON LQ-2170 to Generic/Text only to get much faster printing. Could you please tell me the font name of "Generic printer driver" to be used in report designer ? I have many fonts installed in my windows and I don't know which one is the appropriate font to use in report designer.

>Sorry, Andi, I don't know the answer. I'd try a couple of the basic Windows fonts like Arial,or Courier New if you want non-proportional space. Perhaps someone else will know more about the 'Generic Text' driver.

I've tried using Courier New and Arial but I still can't get the correct point size to match the 20cpi draft font size. What's the point size to use to match the 20cpi draft font size ?

When I was still using FPD 2.6 it's easy to design the report for printing in draft mode on LQ printers, because every object has a fix space on the screen. Now in VFP5, how can I design a report using the report designer the same way as I did on FPD2.6 or the easier way ?

Thanks so much for your help,
Best regards,
