I'm talking about in the VFP project manager, not the VSS project. VSS only deals with classlibs.

modi proj yourproject
click the + on classes
click the + on a classlib
click on a class in that classlib
while you are still over the source classlib the you'll have a circleslash because you can't drop it there
drag the class over the destination classlib, the mouse icon changes and you can drop it
