Just guessing here, and I don't know if you made a typo or not when you created the message here, but this line you posted in your code could be the cause.

Codebehind="Omnia_Web_Act1.aspx.vb" Inherits="Omnia_Web_Act.WebForm1"

It should look like this.

Codebehind="Omnia_Web_Act1.WebForm1.aspx.vb" Inherits="Omnia_Web_Act.WebForm1"
