Yes, your list is correct. I couldn't find a non-working setup, yet. However, we must consider there could be fellow developers with some special requirements in their installation kits, which, maybe, InnoSetup can't handle yet. Anyway, this is just a matter of time: let Russel know about it, and you'll get it, sooner or later.
