Some older versions shipped with a spell checker that worked only in the IDE, not runtime. There wasn't enough interest in it, so it was pulled from the product.

It also made reference to Spelling Options Dialog Box but I can't seem to find out how to get to that either. Lastly, it talks about spellchk.app which I haven't been able to locate.
