I understand that there is a "USING VISUAL FOXPRO with SQL SERVER" written by Robert Green. I tried to order it from Amazon, but it is out of print.

Does anyone out there have a used copy that they would be willing to sell me? Also, does anyone know of any other references specifically written for VFP and SQL Server?
