I want to give my users the option of selecting Not Listed from a combo box along with those records in a personnel database. If they select not listed, then I want a new form to appear so that they can enter the personnel data. Once they hit save and form disappears and the focus on that combo box contains the new person that was just added. Does anyone have any ideas how I cando this?
