Yes, you can distribute just vfpoledb.dll and it has to be registered on the target PC. The '[ProgramFilesFolder]\common files\system\ole db\' is recomended installation directory.

Or should I somehow include the vfpoledb.exe in my setup (I'm using the Setup and Deployment project in VS.NET to create the setup).
